Impact
A conflict in Yanomami Land resulted in the death of two young indigenous people, aged 20 and 24, in Roraima. The victims were attacked by gunfire in the middle of the forest by armed miners, reported this Friday (26) the District Council of Indigenous Health Yanomami and Ye'kuana (Condisi-Y).
The victims were in a group of five indigenous people when they came across the two miners near a clandestine airstrip for landing helicopters.
