This year, Black Friday falls on 28 November — just a few months after Microsoft was forced by pressure from workers, activists, shareholders, and human rights reports to block the use of some of its services by the Israeli military.
Now it’s Amazon’s turn.
While raking in billions from Black Friday bargains, Amazon continues to provide critical support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza and occupation of the West Bank. Through its $1.2 billion “Project Nimbus” contract, both Amazon Web Services and Google, supply the cloud infrastructure powering Israel’s surveillance and massacres of Palestinians.
Since 2021, thousands of Amazon workers with the No Tech for Apartheid campaign have organized for an end to Project Nimbus — but Amazon executives refuse to listen – continuing to put profit over Palestinian lives.
That’s why this Black Friday, we’re standing with the people of Palestine and with brave Amazon workers.
Join the global boycott. Support the Palestinian-led BDS movement. Stand with Amazon workers calling for their company to cut ties with the Israeli Occupation Forces — and don’t buy products on the BDS list.
Together, we pledge: Not a dime for genocide or apartheid.
