This year, Black Friday falls on 29 November: the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Companies like Amazon hope to make billions from Black Friday bargains — while providing critical support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza and occupation of the West Bank.

Back in 2021, Amazon co-signed a $1.2 billion contract to provide cloud computing to the Israeli Defence Forces through the so-called “Project Nimbus.” Thousands of Amazon tech workers with the No Tech For Apartheid have opposed Project Nimbus, organising their coworkers against the contract.

Amazon continues to store the data from Israel’s attacks on Palestinian families and surveillance of their lives — while catering to Israel’s illegal settlements of the West Bank.

It’s time to take a stand for the people of Palestine, and hit Amazon where it hurts.

Support the Palestinian-led BDS movement and stand by Amazon workers calling on Amazon to cut ties with the Israeli Occupation Forces — and don’t buy products on the BDS list.

This Black Friday, we say: Not a dime for genocide.
