OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS, WE HAVE TRACKED THE NETWORKS OF THE TRANSNATIONAL FAR-RIGHT. NOW IT IS THE TIME TO ACT.

Our Research Consortium has uncovered not just a loose constellation of actors, but a coordinated and increasingly sophisticated infrastructure: dark money routed through shell companies in one jurisdiction to finance disinformation campaigns in another; strategic litigation deployed to silence investigators and exhaust regulators; influence networks that bridge technology, finance, politics, and media.

BUT THEY ARE MOVING FASTER.

We have struggled to keep up with the pace, scale, and scope of their activities — let alone to advance toward accountability for them. Too often, we expose one node while the network adapts elsewhere. We chase one set of nefarious actors while the rest collude behind our backs. We generate compelling analysis, yet we lack hard data and a holistic picture of the Reactionary International. Meanwhile, they continue to consolidate power.

THAT IS WHY WE NEED TO COORDINATE ACTION.

Convened by the Progressive International, Rosa-Luxembourg Stiftung and transform! Europe, the Working Conference on the Reactionary International in Brussels, on 12–13 June, will bring together 60 carefully selected data scientists, investigative journalists, international jurists, progressive policymakers, and researchers, for two days of intensive, closed-door collaboration to share methods, findings, and form the foundations of a lasting network capable of dismantling the infrastructure of the Reactionary International.

AND PREPARE A ROADMAP FOR RESISTANCE.

Across two days, we will collectively examine that infrastructure, identify critical gaps in our shared understanding, and move decisively from what we know to what we do — culminating in the adoption of a shared roadmap for joint investigations and coordinated policy interventions.
