Law 107/2014⁽⁺⁾, formally titled "Për planifikimin dhe zhvillimin e territorit" (On Territorial Planning and Development), is an Albanian parliamentary law adopted on 31 July 2014 and published in Fletorja Zyrtare No. 137 of that year. It establishes the Këshilli Kombëtar i Territorit (KKT) as the competent authority for development and construction permits for complex developments, projects of national importance, and strategic investments. Article 3 of the law designates the Prime Minister as chairman of the KKT. The law is administered by the Agjencia e Zhvillimit të Territorit (AZHT) and its decisions are publicly archived at planifikimi.gov.al.
