KKT Green Coast Decision No. 8, 7 March 2014 — Official decision of the Këshilli Kombëtar i Territorit (National Territorial Council) of the Republic of Albania, approving a complex development permit for the Green Coast tourist resort at Palase, Bashkia Himare, Vlore. The document authorises the construction of more than 500 private residential units across approximately 185,000 square metres of Ionian coastline, together with a 20-year beach concession on the Dhraleo strip. It is signed by the Chairman of the KKT in his capacity as Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.
